
When I think of Aleza Sitarz, I think of high EQ, respected and respectful, admired, technology geek, innovative, science educator, deep-thinker, thoughtful caring, communicates and models expert SEL knowledge for students and adults, mission-centered, equity advocate, efficacious, adult learning educator.
This year, multi-generations of educators have learned that their peer group of colleagues, wherever they are, is more essential than ever in supporting their daily work and growing their knowledge and skills, and in enhancing their attitudes, intentions, and well-being. Access to user-friendly, effective adult learning for educators and educators’ well-being is more critical than ever.
Aleza continues to lead the SEL field in designing and facilitating online SEL adult learning for educators and developing safe and supportive online learning environments that support and promote educators’ well-being.
